Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content and purposes

• Research intended to build weapons, explosives, or biological, chemical or nuclear capability.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any material that sexualises a real identifiable person without consent.
• Targeted harassment, doxxing, or assembling dossiers on private individuals.
• Fraud, phishing, malware development, or circumventing security or access controls.
• Disinformation campaigns and coordinated inauthentic behaviour.

2. Professional advice

You may research medical, legal and financial topics, but you must not present Maisa AI output as professional advice to others, and you must not use it as the sole basis for decisions affecting someone's health, liberty or finances.

3. Technical limits

• Do not script, scrape or automate the interface outside a documented integration.
• Do not share one account across an organisation to avoid buying credits.
• Do not attempt to bypass credit accounting, rate limits or the payment flow.
• Do not resell raw Maisa AI output as a competing search or answer service.

4. Security research

Responsible disclosure is welcome at [email protected]. Do not test against other users' data, do not run denial-of-service tests, and give us 90 days before publishing. We do not pursue researchers who follow these rules.

5. Third-party sources

Sources retrieved through Maisa AI remain subject to their own copyright and terms. Cite them when you reuse their material and do not republish substantial extracts without permission from the publisher.

6. Enforcement

• First minor breach: a warning and, where relevant, removal of the offending content.
• Serious or repeated breach: suspension of the account while we investigate.
• Illegal activity: immediate termination, no refund of spent credits, and referral to the competent authorities where the law requires it.

7. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement decision was wrong, reply to the notification within 30 days. A different reviewer examines the case and answers within 10 business days.
