Terms of Service

1. The service

Maisa AI is a research assistant that searches public sources, compares them and produces an answer with citations. It is an information tool, not professional advice of any kind.

2. Accounts

An account is created at checkout with your name, email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

3. Credits

• One credit costs €0.10. Prices in other currencies are converted from euro at the reference rate shown at checkout.
• The smallest purchase is 50 credits, and purchases increase in steps of 50 credits.
• Credits are spent on the services listed on the Services page at the credit price shown there.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and do not expire while the account is active.

4. Payment

Bank transfer is currently the only available payment method. Bank details are emailed to you immediately after the order and the order reference must be quoted in the transfer. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and are not available yet.

Credits are added to your account and the workspace is unlocked once the transfer is received, normally within one to two business days.

5. Promotional codes

The first-registration promo code gives 5% off a single first order. It cannot be combined with other discounts, cannot be applied retroactively and can be withdrawn at any time for future orders.

6. Accuracy and limitations

Answers are generated from retrieved sources that may be incomplete, outdated or in conflict. Maisa AI shows evidence quality and flags disagreements, but you remain responsible for verifying anything you act on. We give no warranty that any answer is correct, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination without refund of credits already spent.

8. Intellectual property

The Maisa AI software, interface and design remain ours. Answers generated for you may be used freely for your own purposes, subject to the rights of the underlying source publishers, which are always cited.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or decisions taken on the basis of an answer.

10. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, abuse, fraud or a serious breach of these terms. Unused credits are handled according to the Refund Policy.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will announce material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. The agreement is made with Maisa AI Capital SL, Plaza Enrique Granados 3 12, València, Spain, and is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence.
